Tony built up my confidence and my stamina so that before too long I was able to jog over 5k without being out of breath. Since I have been training with Tony I have seen amazing results from being more toned, being able to do certain exercises that I thought were impossible to having more energy and the motivation to continue exercising for my own well being.
